Physical Properties - Any aspect of an object or substance that can be measured without changing it's identity.

5 Examples are Density, color, boiling point, mass and strength.

Chemical Properties - any quality that can be established only by changing a substance's chemical identity. 

5 Examples are Flammability, Toxicity, pH balance, Heat of combustion and Electronegatvity.

Heterogeneous And Homogenous

Heterogeneous Mixture - a mixture of physically distinct substances with different properties.

6 Examples of Heterogeneous are Oil, Water, Rock, Sand, Concrete and Salad.

Homogeneous Mixture - any combination of substances that has uniform composition and properties.

6 Examples of Homogenous are Blood, Milk, Lotion, Glue, Window Cleaner, and Kool Aid.
